I tried this restaurant after seeing that it got good reviews from the Chicken Connoisseur. I have now been back numerous times, usually for the 20 wing deal, which is an inexpensive 6! The chips have a nice coating on them and don't even need salt. The chicken wings are tender and moist with a crispy coating and a secret ingredient that make this the best chicken shop in the UK. The service is always friendly, the staff are very lovely. Good amount of seats if you want to eat in. Shop is very clean. Please try the food here, you will not be disappointed.
Very affordable but horrible service having to wait 45 minutes for 1 meal
When I used to come to Ends Chicken and the old staff were here, everything was great — fast, accurate, and professional. But now, with the new staff, it’s a complete mess. They keep making mistakes, and every time I ask how long it will take, they say “5 minutes.” I ended up waiting nearly an hour while they kept repeating “5 minutes.” This is completely unacceptable. In the end, I just took my money back and went home. Management seriously needs to consider bringing the old staff back — they were efficient and respectful. The current staff are not up to standard and clearly need to be replaced.

Really good value for the quality. The chicken burger meal with chips and drink costs only 5. The food is good and the chips is very crispy, which I like most. The staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to everyone.
